  2. Mary,

While I worked on my archived posts with problems this morning I listened to your top 20 80s playlist. I remember all of these fabulous hits from the day. This is perhaps my favorite decade for mewsic. There was so much good stuff to come out of this era movies and TV shows which usually had excellent theme mewsic, too. Thanks for putting the wiggle in my move while I worked and for sharing the dance floor with the 4M gals & me today. Have a tunetastic day!

    1. Thanks, Cathy!

I was in my late teens/early twenties during the 80s. I think this is when some of the music had it's biggest impact on me.

  4. Hell of a collection here, Mary. I liked all of these except "Ebony and Ivory" (too wimpy for my tastes) and "Upside Down" (I actually felt sorry for Diana Ross when it came out). Have to give this whole playlist a listen when I get an hour or so.

  11. It was interesting reading the comments as I found myself surprisingly ambivalent toward many of these songs. The Police and Queen are particularly timeless, though. Thanks for sharing. I did enjoy the walk down memory lane but guess I'm even less nostalgic than I thought. Be well!
