#AtoZChallenge: G

This post is part of a month-long blogging challenge. The challenge is to start the month with the letter A and make our way to letter Z at the end of the month.

A quick review of what we’re doing here:

I’ll post 3 to 5 songs with a word that represents the letter of the day. In the comments, you’ll share songs that also use the selected word in either the title or lyrics.  Pretty easy, and loads of fun!

Today’s word is “Girl”

From Dictionary.com:

  1. Girls Just Want To Have Fun - Cyndi Lauper
  2. Girl I’m Gonna Miss You - Milli Vanilli
  3. Oh Girl - The Chi-lites
  4. Jessie’s Girl - Rick Springfield
  5. Here Comes My Girl - Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers

And those are my Girls for the day.  Let’s see what Girl songs you come up with. Your songs can be from any musical genre.  Share in the comments.

  1. You have both of the ones that jumped to my mind first - Girls just wanna and Jessie's Girl (although I have to admit, relistening to Jessie's Girl makes me grind my teeth - good heavens, doesn't she had a name or her own 😂).
So another song, oh yes, Uptown Girl by Billy Joel.
    Tasha 💖
Virginia's Parlour - The Manor (Adult concepts - nothing explicit in posts)
    Tasha's Thinkings - Vampire Drabbles
