#AtoZChallenge: M

This post is part of a month-long blogging challenge. The challenge is to start the month with the letter A and make our way to letter Z at the end of the month.

A quick review of what we’re doing here:

I’ll post 3 to 5 songs with a word that represents the letter of the day. In the comments, you’ll share songs that also use the selected word in either the title or lyrics.  Pretty easy, and loads of fun!

Today’s word is “Magic”

From Dictionary.com:

  1. Magic Man - Heart
  2. Magic - Pilot
  3. Strange Magic - Electric Light Orchestra
  4. You Can Do Magic - America
  5. Every Little Thing She Does is Magic - The Police

And those are my Magics for the day.  Let’s see what Magic songs you come up with. Your songs can be from any musical genre.  Share in the comments.

If you have a spare minute, would you take a moment to cast a vote in the latest battle of the bands installment?  I'd sure appreciate it!

  1. This one is easy - there is one song that leaps to mine - It's a king of Magic by Queen. Love the song, love the album, love the movie it was part of the soundtrack of.

  4. Mary,

I'm hopelessly lost this week in keeping up and at the same time I'll visit ya then forget to comment. *smack forehead* I tend to leave my browser sitting on your page before realizing what I did. lol Great playlist. I listened to it twice while multi-tasking not so well if you ask me this morning. :) Be well, my friend!

    1. Don't feel bad, Cathy! I still have posts to write to complete the month. I just haven't had the time to settle down and do it. Having Home Health come in to see me (versus me having to travel to wound care clinic) does help, but at the same time I seem to be losing steam. Each day I get further and further behind.

  5. "Magic" by Olivia Newton John and "This Magic Moment" by the Drifters. Love playing this game with you, Mary. How are you doing?

    1. Oh man! I love those songs. I'm doing alright. I've developed some pressure wounds that are making it difficult to sit for any real period of time. I find it a bit frustrating that I am running out of time each day to get everything done that I want to get done. The good news is that overall, I feel GREAT!

  6. I'm going back to my childhood for this one. "Do You Believe in Magic" by Shaun Cassidy. I loved his albums when I was growing up. Weekends In Maine
