Welcome back to the Totally Awesome 80’s!

A time when the M in MTV actually stood for Music. A time when your weekends were spent at the local Blockbuster picking out movies to watch. We had some unforgettable tunes, and that is what we’re focusing on today!

So, put on your MC Hammer pants, check your shirts for shoulderpads, and let’s dance!

  1. Happy Monday morning, Mary!

I'm going to boogie to your tunes this morning while I make a few rounds to fellow A2Zers. You're welcome to join the 4M dance floor if you want. ;) Perfect song picks to get me in the groove this wet dreary Monday. Happy A2Zing, my friend!

  2. Ahh yes the cutesy be-bop gals of Madonna and Expose to the metal style of Def Leppard and Alice Cooper. I love that first song that always make me think it belonged to the B52s but it doesn't.

  5. Pop Muzik! And Pass the Dutchie - I haven't heard that one in years, and it's so danceable. Pour Some Sugar on Me is another one I just want to get up and move.

  7. While I didn't listen to a lot of John Mellencamp, Pink Houses is definitely the one I remember the best. Weekends In Maine
