I’m taking a bit of liberty today to do the Monday’s Music Moves Me on Thursday. See, Monday is right smack in the middle of a holiday here, and I plan to take some time off and enjoy myself.

Before we get started with today's post, let's go over the Battle of the Bands Results. The battle was a cover of 'Simple Man', with the contenders being Gov’t Mule and Shinedown. Gov't Mule took an early lead, and Shinedown had to do quite a bit to catch up.
