Here it is the last day of the month. October 31. Halloween. It’s only fitting that I choose a song that falls somewhere in that category, right?

Continuing on with the Halloween theme….

Not sure why, but I’m in the mood for another supergroup, maybe because it’s close to Halloween that this one is on my mind.

Yay! It’s Friday, and that means it’s practically the weekend! Woot! Today, I’m sharing a band that is a bit less ‘classic’. 

Thursday has us looking forward to the weekend. At least it does for me. I think I’m going to stick with classic rock for today.  Hope that okay with you :)

Humpity Hump Hump. Humpity Hump Hump. Look at this week go….  Don’t worry. I know it’s still Rocktober, and still far too early for references to Christmas tunes.  By this time next week, all the good little ghouls and boys will be anxiously pestering their parents to start their sugar high for the rest of the season.

It’s Tuesday. Are you still suffering from Mondayitis? Good! Let’s turn up the volume and see if we can’t fix that for you!

Whew! Friday again! Where does the time go?

Hovering around the early 70’s still… I can’t help myself. It just seemed to be a great period in the history of rock music.

Let’s take a step even further back in our musical time machine. Yesterday’s blast from the late 70’s was great, but we need to visit the late 60’s to early 70’s for today’s rockin’ tune.

Last week I shared with you a tune from James Gang.  In that post I mentioned that band was the first popular band to feature Joe Walsh.

Whew! Half-way through the month already! Can you believe it?!? Once again, it’s a busy Monday - We’ve got #4M (Mondays Music Moves Me), #RocktoberMusicFest, and #BattleoftheBands - but I’ve managed to roll it all up into a tiny bundle as one post.

It’s Friday again and that means it’s the weekend, and we need to turn it up another notch. Let’s get this party started by celebrating some great classic rock from the 70s.

  One thing that I like about Rock music is that it covers many emotions. Today’s selection is one that reflects a softer side of rock.  Like most rock ballads, it was written with the female listener in mind.

We’re really Rockin’ this month!  I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the month of Rocktober with some great classic rock.
