#4M : My Favorite Christmas Tunes

Today’s theme for #MondaysMusicMovesMe or #4M has been chosen by Marie of Xmas Dolly.  She has chosen all of the themes for the month of December.  As her name implies, she is a big fan of the Christmas Holiday, and as such has she has chosen the entire month to be Holiday music.

And thus, we have week four of four.  Yes, technically there are five weeks this month, but next week is considered a ‘Free Choice’ week and it will serve as a nice transition into the new year.

The previous three weeks have been full of fun and humor, and I thank you for indulging me in that. Sometimes, it’s not always easy getting into the Christmas spirit.

As this is the last week for our Christmas/Holiday Music posts I thought I would settle down and do something a little more serious. I’m not always a bundle of fun and games :)

This week I’m treating you to my all-time favorite versions of Christmas tunes.  There aren’t too many and they happen to be wrapped up nicely in one video, so just click play and enjoy!

I’m away for a few days to spend the holiday with friends and family. May each of you have a joyful holiday and if my captors have not released me by the New Year, fear not - I will return soon!

Today’s post is part of the Monday’s Music Moves Me blog hop, hosted by X-Mas Dolly, and co-hosted by JAmerican Spice, Stacy Uncorked, Curious as a Cathy. , and Ramblin with AM. Be sure to stop by the hosts and visit the other participants.  If you have a MUSIC* post, feel free to join in the fun! *sorry non-music posts are not permitted in this bloghop.

Oh my gosh, the first one is also my favorite operatic person and I'll be dam if I can remember his name.. grrrrrrr He also sang the prayer with so many singers and my mind is drawing a total blank to those right now too... wait Christine Aguilera I think sang with him and of course ... oh crap I HATE THIS - I'm drawing a blank all over the place. Well, you know what I'm talking about I'm sure. All I can think of is how I have to go get my sauce on the stove for tomorrow's Lasagna.. oh brother!!! COOK COOK COOK... right? aughhhhhhhhhh These tunes are awesome I think I'll just turn up the speakers and go cook... MERRY CHRISTMAS GIRLFRIEND AND THANKS FOR THE TUNES! THESE ARE SOOOOOOOO AWESOME!

  5. I'm late here, so late that my husband was asking "why are you listening to Christmas music on your laptop?" But no matter. A wonderful voice and an orchestra and "Oh Holy Night"- what else do you need? Now, wishing you a Happy New Year.
