#AtoZChallenge : Dog

We’re back again with more fun with the A to Z Challenge.

A quick review of what we’re doing here:

I’ll post 2 to 3 songs with a word that represents the letter of the day. In the comments, you’ll share songs that also use said word in either the title or lyrics.  Pretty easy, and loads of fun!

Today’s word is “Dog”

From Dictionary.com:

Florence + The Machine “Dog Days are Over”

Nazareth “Hair Of The Dog”

Baha Men “Who Let The Dogs Out”

And that’s my 3 Dogs for the day.  Let’s see what Dog songs you come up with. Share in the comments.

Your first two picks are new to me but 'Who Let the Dog Out' is a doggone fun song! ;)

    1. Ha! I was thinking of Mr Stephen when I chose Who Let the Dogs Out. He insisted I add some ear worm songs - and he's not even around to listen. BOO on him!

  2. These are fun and Florence is just out there isn't she? I thought of "How much is that Doggie in the window?"

    1. I had forgotten about How Much Is That Dog In The Window. Fun song! And yes, Florence is ... out there.

  4. "Damned Old Dog" by k.d.lang shows what a fabulous voice she has. Neil Young sings about King his dog but I don't think Dog is in the title.

  5. Nazareth’s was the first and only dog that came to mind.

  6. Haha! Great beach dancing song by the Baha Men ;-)
How about "Hot Dog" by Led Zeppelin or "Bird Dog" by The Everly Bros.

  7. Love your selections!

"By-Tor and the Snow Dog" by Rush.
    "Dog Days" by Within Temptation.
    "Dog Years" by Rush.

    Fun word!
