#AtoZChallenge : Kiss

We’re back again with more fun with the A to Z Challenge.

A quick review of what we’re doing here:

I’ll post 2 to 3 songs with a word that represents the letter of the day. In the comments, you’ll share songs that also use said word in either the title or lyrics.  Pretty easy, and loads of fun!

Today’s word is “Kiss”

From Dictionary.com:

Prince “Kiss”

Hall & Oates “Kiss On My List”

Exile “Kiss You All Over”

And that’s my 3 Kisses for the day.  Let’s see what Kiss songs you come up with. Share in the comments.

    1. Thanks, Debbie!

I'm a little bit behind on making my visits, but I think I finally got caught up on responding to comments. Violent Femmes is a fun group.

    2. Getting caught up is one of the hardest things about the A to Z. Congrats! ☺

  3. Mary,

Is it just me or does anyone else think a guy looks stupid wearing a cut off shirt? I do remember Prince's song 'Kiss' from when I was doing research on Marvin Gaye and learned of his daughter Nona's involvement with Prince.

Halls & Oates "Your Kiss Is On My List" is my favorite here today. I just loved their mewsic and this song really brings back some good 80s vibes.

Oh you really pulled an oldie with Exile "Kiss You All Over". Great sound, great lyrics!

I'll throw out 'Sealed with a Kiss' Brian Hyland for my song title. ;)

  4. "Just a Kiss" by Lady Antebellum.
    "Kiss Me" by Ed Sheeran.
    "Kiss" by Vengaboys.

Love that Hall and Oates song!

  5. Oh how some of these bands dressed left nothing to the imagination. The first song that came into my head was "Kiss" sung by Marilyn Monroe in the film Niagara.

  6. Great tunes, especially Exile's "Kiss You All Over"! Listened to and loved that song as a teenager, with no clue as to just how suggestive it was. Applied to quite a few songs back then. Was it the same for you, Mary?
