#4M: YouTube Roulette Sept 9

Welcome back for Monday’s Music Moves Me (aka #4M)

It’s another Free Choice Week!  And since my brain is still flooded and I’m struggling with an ‘Under the Influence’ post, you get to have another round of YouTube Roulette.  What I love most about this roulette game is that the results are NEVER the same.

If you’re new here, let me explain how the YouTube Roulette game works.

I start with a song/video and then let YouTube decide what is played next.  It’s really that simple.

  • Wild Cherry - Play That Funky Music
  • Sweet - Ballroom Blitz
  • Styx - Babe
  • REO Speedwagon - Time For Me To Fly
  • Journey - Lovin’ Touchin’ Squeezin’
  • Exile - Kiss You All Over
  • Looking Glass - Brandy
  • Jim Croce - Operator
  • Harry Chapin - Cats in the Cradle
  • Crosby, Stills & Nash - Southern Cross

That was fun, wasn’t it? I hope you aren’t getting tired of these, but just in case… I’ll  promise not to do any during the month of October :)

Alright now, you’ve heard me tease about #RocktoberMusicFest2019 and now I have the details for you!  In case you missed the announcement post - you can find those details HERE
I hope that you will join me in this month long event!

Today’s post is part of the Monday’s Music Moves Me blog hop, hosted by X-Mas Dolly, and co-hosted by JAmerican Spice, Stacy Uncorked, Curious as a Cathy. , and Ramblin with AM. Be sure to stop by the hosts and visit the other participants.  If you have a MUSIC* post, feel free to join in the fun! *sorry non-music posts are not permitted in this blog hop.

    1. It really adds variety to the listening day. The roulette is so much fun in my opinion. I may make it a regular feature on the blog. Feel free to join in whenever you want.

    1. Mary, I love all of these great oldies! I remember them quite well from my youth. Boy, I'm telling there was so real talent when dinosaurs roamed the earth, wasn't there? lol Thanks for sparking so fond memories (feelings) from a time nearly forgotten and for being this month's honorary co-hostess. You rock, my friend! Have a boogietastic week!

  7. It's an interesting playlist. Not sure how Play That Funky Music (which brings back so many memories of dancing the night away at the Airmen's Club the first year my husband was in the service - it was a big favorite back in 1976.) and the next three or four songs matched up with the final songs - but I have enjoyed all your You Tube Roulette Monday's. Maybe I'll take a spin one day.

  8. I may have to play this YouTube Roulette game soon, as I plan to come back to 4M and several other music hops (if I can find any - but I know a scroll down your blog will lead me to some!) probably starting on Monday (9-16). YouTube did you right - I usually never get good songs all in a row.
