YouTube Roulette, Again
I had so much fun playing Roulette the other week, that I wanted to do it again :)
The rules are simple for this game. I pick a video that is in my ‘suggested or recommended videos’ from YouTube, and then follow the ‘Up Next’ until I’ve got a playlist of 10 songs. Sometimes the songs are really random, other times they flow quite nicely. It’s also a great way to learn about other artists or songs.
Here’s the playlist that comes with today’s round of the game:
- Huey Lewis & The News - Her Love Is Killin Me
- Glen Frey - True Love
- The Pointer Sisters - Neutron Dance
- Prince - U Got The Look
- The Gap Band - Party Train
- A Taste Of Honey - Boogie Oogie Oogie
- Cameo - Word Up
- Snoop Dogg - Gin & Juice
- Deee-Lite - Groove Is In The Heart
- Devo - Whip It
I think my YouTube took a left turn at the 80’s and went down a rabbit hole! This was a lot of fun!
Today’s post is part of the Monday’s Music Moves Me blog hop, hosted by X-Mas Dolly, and co-hosted by JAmerican Spice, Stacy Uncorked, Curious as a Cathy. , and Ramblin with AM. Be sure to stop by the hosts and visit the other participants. If you have a MUSIC* post, feel free to join in the fun! *sorry non-music posts are not permitted in this blog hop.
There's a definite 80s vibe, here. ☺ Youtube has a good way of grouping songs. Thanks for the concert!

ReplyDeleteSo very nice. Enjoyed all of them. Thanks for the dance.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing the amount of diverse musical styles there were in the '80's, and I think you got representatives from just about all of them here. Great list!

ReplyDeleteIt's so freaky seeing some of these videos in our current times (especially Gin and Juice) hey guys, how about some social distancing here, lol. Some blasts from the past here with Word Up and Whip It. A play list for our times?
