#TwoStepTuesday: George Strait

Yup! It’s another new feature here on the blog. Every Tuesday, we will be exploring Country Music.

Just like my Classic Rock, I’m a fan of Old School Country, so be prepared to hear some great stuff from the past. There may be times when I share something a little more recent, but it might not be for some time to come :)

I think a great way to kick off this weekly feature is to shine our spotlight on George Strait.  You’ll soon find that he is one of my favorites, and there’s a good chance he’ll make a few appearances in the future.

Wikipedia tells us this about George Strait:

George Harvey Strait Sr. is an American country music singer, songwriter, actor, and music producer. George Strait is known as the "King of Country" and is considered one of the most influential and popular recording artists of all time. He is known for his neotraditionalist country style, cowboy look, and being one of the first and most prominent country artists to bring country music back to its roots and away from the pop country era in the 1980s.
