Weekly Song Challenge, Week 8

Did you have fun last week with the challenge? Let’s do it again!

How it works:
Each week, I will provide a list of 3 topics or themes.

You come up with 1 song for each of the 3 themes.

Now, I know several of you like to plan ahead, so I’ve got a page prepared where you can find the upcoming themes..

This Week’s Song Challenge:

  1. A Body Part: Skin and Bones by Cage The Elephant

  2. A Flower: Iris by Goo Goo Dolls

  3. An Instrument: Green Tambourine by Lemon Pipers

So what say you? Does this sound like a fun game? I hope you’ll join me. Post your links in the comments below, and I look forward to having you join me again next week!

  1. Mary,

The first song is new to my ears but I know your second and third selections well. Nice mix! I have my song picks in today's post on Curious as a Cathy. Stop by for a visit when you can, darlin'! ;)

  3. Ha Ha! OMG I just messed up my own challenge! That last one was suppose to be 'An Instrumental' and I read my own notes as 'An Instrument'. Oops.

  4. I don’t know the first song but love the second one. You made me Maugham that you misread your own theme...hahahaaa. Love that song too. That last video..those striped pants that are way too tight and his beads just scream hippie, I have to look up how he looks today.
